Take a minute or two to check out your first responder kit to make sure it is stocked up on all necessary medical supplies. If you have run out or are running low head to our refill section to re-stock to make sure you are ready when its go time.
Not only can you find disposable gloves and antiseptic wipes, but you can also find blood clotting spray which helps speed up the clotting process so you can get an emergency medical situation under control. Cold spray can be used to give relief from burns and can prevent the burn from continuing to cause damage further within the epidermis. Body fluid cleanup packs and even a ring cutter can be found and each serves a very useful purpose in your kit. Do not just look for items that have been used and need to be replaced. Closely inspect items to make sure sterilized pouches that should remain sealed until needed do not have tears or rips, ointments have not dried out, medications have not expired. Make sure nothing has leaked, and if there were any spills or mishaps make sure to remove and replace any items that were damaged.
Even if you think you know what you need it is still handy to scroll through our refill section because you may stumble across an item or tool you did not know existed but could help you a great deal. Make sure to routinely inspect your kit for used or expired items. Replace anything that is missing so you can safely handle future first aid situations.
